China Oxford Elite Education Services Ltd (henceforth the COEES) is a company registered in China, in accordance with relevant law and regulations, with a preliminary investment of RMB1 million and further investment subject to the demand of development. The Company serves mainly as information analyst and provider for domestic customers on international educations leading to university degrees and diploma, professional training both within and without China, academic and cultural exchanges between Chinese and European institutions including universities, junior and high schools and reputed international education organisations. It also works closely with first rate universities in Europe, Hong Kong and China on offering tailor-made executive training programmes for Chinese senior civil servants, senior CEOs and EMBA students, who wish to advance their studies and further education abroad, for short or longer terms. In addition, it helps arrange for people in the business sectors from Britain, North America, Australia and other parts of the world to liaise with Chinese enterprises and governmental organisations for investment opportunities and other forms of cooperation.

The COEES aims to carry out a number of training programmes for Chinese EMBA students and senior CEOs, in cooperation with the University of Oxford and other European institutions. It also provides information for Chinese high school students on British universities and schools of high quality and, where requested, prepares their visa application forms. In order to effectively help Chinese people who are abroad, and to fully employ the conveniences of having excellent resources in terms of competent personnel and expertise in international education, the COEES requests its co-operators in Britain, one of them being the Oxbridge International Education Group, to help provide Chinese students, visiting scholars and executive trainees with pastoral care, consultation and other services, not only to adapt to the local cultural and living environments quickly but to learn as much and as efficiently as possible.

The COEES is a new Company with a high taking –off. It has a professional and devoted team composed of senior experts in both higher and compulsory educations, experienced project managers who are trained by well-known Chinese and foreign universities, as well as capable administrative staff members seeing to the day-to-day business of the company. It is proud of its established working relationships with a number of world-class academic institutions including Universities of Oxford, Cambridge, and London, and reputed British high schools such as Raedean School, St. James, among dozens of others, all having above 96% A-LEVEL and IB pass rates. It is aimed to contribute to both British and Chinese education while endeavour to bridge the two sides, including helping schools and universities in China to be twinned with their British equivalents.
